We are very happy to exchange unwanted gifts purchased from our store if they are:

• Returned within 14 days of purchase
• Accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Unworn and in ‘As New’ condition.
• Returned to us in the original packaging.

In these circumstances items can be exchanged for something else of the same value or a credit note.  A credit note will be given for any balance that is owing.

Refunds will not be given.

Exceptions:  We will not exchange items that have been handmade especially for you or items that are not part of our usual stock and have been sourced especially for you and we will not exchange items that have undergone alteration or modification. We will not exchange items sold to you on a commission basis where we are the agents acting on behalf of the seller.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected
